Sales Conditions
PPSB conducts international trade transactions in accordance with recognised commercial practices and mutually agreed contractual terms. Our objective is to ensure transparency, security, and reliability for both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
Delivery Terms
- FOB (Free on Board) is our standard delivery term.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) can be arranged upon request, subject to agreement on destination, insurance coverage, and freight costs.
All delivery terms are governed by Incoterms® 2020 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
- Payment is generally conducted through a Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a reputable international bank, acceptable to both parties.
- A deposit of 10% of the contract value may be required, subject to agreement and transaction structure.
- The remaining balance is payable against presentation of compliant shipping documents in accordance with the agreed FOB or CIF terms.
Alternative payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to mutual agreement and risk assessment.
Documentation
Standard export documentation may include, but is not limited to:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Certificate of Origin
- Insurance Certificate (for CIF shipments)
All documents are prepared to comply with banking, customs, and destination-country requirements.
Inspection & Quality Assurance
Product specifications, inspection requirements, and quality standards shall be defined and agreed prior to order confirmation. Third-party inspection can be arranged upon request.
Pricing & Validity
Prices are quoted based on agreed specifications, quantities, delivery terms, and market conditions. Quotation validity periods will be stated in the commercial offer.

All transactions are conducted in good faith, with a focus on long-term cooperation, compliance with applicable regulations, and protection of both parties’ commercial interests.
